Posting
I post everything by Royal Mail within 2 working days, usually sooner. UK delivery is £3.00 per order. You will get an email with tracking when it is on its way. I only post within the United Kingdom.
Made-to-order pieces
These are knitted after you order. Each one shows how long it takes, usually about 7 days, before it is posted.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel and return ready-made items within 14 days of receiving them. Email me first, then post the item back unworn. I will refund the item price and original delivery once it arrives.
Made to order and faulty items
Pieces made to your choice of colour or size cannot be returned for a change of mind, as they are made specially for you. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, I will put it right.
